Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Client Servicing Executives and Managers. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact for client communications. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, effectively managing their expectations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes. You will also play an active role in creating and maintaining a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to effectively manage and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive client experience and high-quality results.
Excellent Communication skills to facilitate clear and effective dialogue with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Prior experience in healthcare communication, account management, or related roles is a plus.
B. Pharm preferred or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
