About the Role:
We’re looking for an
Account Manager
who’s obsessed with beauty, skincare, wellness, and everything in between. You’ll be the key liaison between the client and internal teams – ensuring campaigns are not just delivered but shine with strategy, innovation, and results. Your role will involve managing client relationships, crafting compelling brand solutions, and driving success across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key accounts in the
beauty & lifestyle
segment
Act as the brand custodian for clients – understanding their voice, values, and vision
Lead end-to-end campaign planning:
from ideation to execution to reporting
Collaborate with internal teams – content, strategy, creative, influencer marketing – to bring ideas to life
Create detailed campaign plans, decks, budgets, and timelines
Stay on top of trends in beauty, wellness, skincare & lifestyle
Handle day-to-day communication with clients and resolve challenges proactively
Track campaign performance and deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to business growth
Who You Are:
✅ 5 + years of client servicing / account management experience (agency preferred)
✅ Have handled
beauty, lifestyle, skincare or personal care brands
✅ Deep understanding of the category – consumer behavior, trends, platforms, and content
✅ Excellent communication & presentation skills
✅ Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
✅ A go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
✅ Passionate about content, pop culture, influencers, and the internet
