Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain HRIS best practices and processes to support benefits, compensation, labor relations, training, staffing and general HR.
- Implement RBP and security related enhancements in Success Factors
- Identify analyze and implement solutions to cater to business needs and SF released enhancements in the areas of integration, especially Integration Center, Intelligent Services, CPI, BTP etc.,
- Manage projects related to SF system instance Refresh
- Support internal and external Audit related tasks in the areas of Role based permissioning and system access.
- Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity and governance of systems.
- Identify, Prioritize, develop and deploy solutions to replace manual processes with automated processes.
- Analyze changes being introduced as part of SF standard releasees and implement solutions to adopt the same or mitigate any impacts to custom enhancements.
- Implement changes relevant to various IP and security certificate related updates from SF
- Translate and integrate user requirements and desired features into and within system and application parameters.
- Act as the administrator for designated HR systems and define and manage security for users and user roles.
- Develop guidance and resources for users;
demonstrate functionality and user interfaces.
You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- SAP Success Factors experience
- RBP and SF security related experience
- SF integration tools related experience
- SF Certifications and provisioning access
We Value
- Experience with Success Factors, Excel, and analytics tools (e. G., Tableau, R, Python, Qualtrics)
- Experience administering, project planning/managing, rating, and deploying HCM systems such as Success Factors and Service Now (or similar systems)
- Ability to leverage fundamental project management tools to ensure timely execution and anticipate/mitigate preventable anomalies
- Experience in recruiting and/or applicant tracking systems and performance management systems
- Ability to critically think and offer solution to problems
