We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities: Manage and resolve escalated incidents service requests and engineering assignments.

Respond to client incidents in a timely manner.

Identify and develop solutions for trends and patterns in incidents.

Collaborate amongst the team during critical events.

Provide topnotch customer service to clients.

Build automation.
