Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
- Splunk ITSI is must with 8 years of hands-on experience with “Splunk Admin Certification.”
- Create a deployment strategy & Deploying Splunk to new environment.
- Managing Configuration effectively and Splunk Core & ITSI Upgrade
- Excellent in writing SPL, defining KPIs & ITSI services to monitor the infrastructure.
- Good in SNOW integration for ticketing & Event Management
- Onboard new data feeds translating Splunk based use cases to data objects required from source system (servers, databases, networking devices etc.)
- Good knowledge of IDX Cluster/SHC & other Splunk components from Installation to management.
- Knowledge of syslog, Splunk SDK, Splunk builder, API & Service Now
- Excellent in building Dashboards, setting up an alert & reports.
- Linux admin Knowledge
