Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Bench Sales Recruiter Lead.
The Bench Sales Recruiter Lead will identify potential clients, maintain relationships with existing clients, and negotiate contracts and rates for contract placements.
The Bench Sales recruiter will also be responsible for providing regular status updates to senior management regarding the bench status and revenue generation.
Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation and client acquisition Experience in IT staffing and recruiting, with a proven track record of building a successful bench of IT professionals Excellent communication and team management skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Experience in managing remote teams Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field Experience working with Public Sector agencies and Commercial clients is a plus Knowledge of Full Stack Cloud Native Solutions, Azure Data factory and Databricks, Business Process Management, Service Now, and IT Security solutions is a plus
