Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office:
Assistant Vice President / Vice President – Marsh Multinational Practice
We will count on you to:
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their employee benefits needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
- Plan Presentation: Present and explain insurance plan options to clients, highlighting benefits, coverage options, and costs.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the employee benefits insurance market.
- Quote Presentation: Present quotes from multiple insurance carriers and compare coverage options.
- Policy Management: Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and any changes needed during the policy term.
- Claims Assistance: Support clients with claims processing and resolve any issues that arise.
- Compliance: Ensure all insurance plans and practices comply with regulations.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers. Retains and expand existing client relationships.
- New & Expanded Business: Target and win new & expanded large accounts; create value proposition, brings resources within Marsh ecosystem to crack the account, create and give client presentation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
- Training: Provide your client's employees with training and resources to help them understand their benefits options.
- Responsible for client servicing of marquee large clients on all employee benefits insurance plans, including health, life, OPD, accident insurance to name a few. This role involves evaluating client needs, presenting suitable insurance options and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
What you need to have:
- Ability to manage & build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners and servicing vendors.
- Domain Knowledge preferred.
- MBA degree
- Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- 8-10 years’ experience
