Job Responsibility Thoroughly study of project contract documents Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes Commercial and contractual requirement of the project to be addressed on timely manner Contract and commercial administration of MEP scope of works as per contract which comprise of Electrical, PHE, Firefighting system, Ventilation system and ELV. Preparation of monthly IPA as per contract BOQ format. MIR, WIR & JMR shall be provided by project team Certification of IPA and obtaining the IPC from Employer / Main contractor. Physical meeting with Employer/Main contractor to be attended. Variation Order - Preparation of NVR & VOP technical details shall be provided by project team and quotations shall be provided by purchase team, coordination between all internal stakeholders for NRV and VOP preparation Submission of VOPs to client and obtain the approvals, revision/resubmission if required. Physical meeting with Employer/Main contractor to be attended. Payment tracker to be maintained All tax reimbursements documents to be prepared, approval to be obtained from Employer / Main contractor. Physical meeting with Employer/Main contractor to be attended. Claim against preliminaries to be prepared and approval to be obtained from Employer / Main contractor. Physical meeting with Employer/Main contractor to be attended. EOT cost claim to be prepared and approval to be obtained from Employer / Main Physical meeting with Employer/Main contractor to be attended. Any price escalation related to material and preliminaries to be identified on timely manner, related claims to be raised immediately. Budgeted cost to be studied properly and overrun of budgeted cost to be identified on timely manner Project status report (JSR) to be studied properly and shall be monitored on monthly basis.
