Position: Meta Paid Ads Specialist (Sr. Executive / Analyst)

Role Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for managing Google PPC and FB, Insta paid campaigns for multiple clients from the health and wellness industry.
PRIMARY
FB / INSTAGRAM ADS CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Channels: FB, Instagram,
Run FB and Insta Paid Campaigns - Lead Generation, Traffic, Messenger Ads
Run Traffic & Boost Campaigns
Comprehensive understanding of all audience targeting and segmentation options
Brainstorm and Design Ad Assets (Creatives, Carousels, Videos) to get optimal results
Full Process for Setting up New Campaigns and Ongoing monitoring of campaigns for increasing performance
Ad copy writing
Coordinate with Design / Graphics team for getting the creatives / videos
Research Competition & Industry Best Content Ideas and Ads Assets
Creating reports / dashboards to track key metrics and performance across different campaigns
Effective use of new photo / video editing and AI tools for faster turnaround
CLIENT SERVICING
Regular coordination with client team for managing work
Managing new requirements from client by coordinating with other team members
Handling monthly / weekly client update calls
Onboarding of new projects
Smoothly handling escalations coming from client side

Full Process for Setting up New Campaigns
Constant optimisation via monitoring keywords search terms, addition to -ve list, etc.
Creating reports / dashboards to track key metrics and performance across different campaigns and ad groups
Requirements:
2-5 yrs experience in Facebook and Instagram Paid Ads Campaigns. Running lead campaigns, traffic campaigns, etc. – This is a must. If you haven’t run paid google + fb / instagram campaigns please do not apply.
Continuous self-learning and ability to adapt to the changing Social Media and Overall Digital Marketing trends
Client Servicing and Management
Demonstrated organizational skills in handling, directing and prioritizing multiple and complex assignments/ projects
High-level proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and Word
