Job Title : Creative Director - Copy (Digital)
Location : Bengaluru
Experience: 8 to 12 years of extensive experience in copywriting within digital or integrated marketing agencies, mainstream advertising, new media, marketing, or similar roles in mainline or digital agencies. (Candidates with experience from other industries will not be considered for this position)

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and experienced Creative Director specializing in copywriting for the digital and mainline space to lead our creative team. As the Creative Director - Copy (Digital), you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing creative strategies for our clients' digital marketing campaigns.

Key Accountabilities

Lead and execute short-form & long-form copy development for brand engagements.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create novel and original work for a variety of audiences.
Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas for digital media clients.
Work with the social media team to develop content strategies and content calendars for social media clients.
Team with Art Supervisor to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns.
Work with the art team to bring their ideas to life.
Partner with Creative, Account and Client teams to ensure copy that advances creative brief objectives and accomplishes marketing objectives.
Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, showcasing the value of the copy in achieving their marketing goals.
Mentor and develop the copywriting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative environment.
Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects.
Client servicing.
Deliver award-worthy work.

Professional Skills:

Proven experience as an Associate Director-Copy in the mainline marketing industry, with significant experience in crafting copy for various digital/integrated platforms.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and impactful copy for digital marketing campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and practices to optimize copy for search engines.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their nuances in copywriting for engaging and shareable content.
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate marketing briefs into compelling and results-driven copy.
Track record as a creative problem solver with a knack for fresh ideas and a new perspective.
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a creative team.
Team player, Presentable and good client interfacing skills.
A passion for keeping up with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms in the digital marketing space.
Ability to recognize strong creative ideas and see them through to completion.
Ability to sell ideas to other members of the creative team and to clients.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.
Should be able to handle pressure and be comfortable with strict timelines.
