Every day we build our skills and hone our craft to get our clients the results they deserve. We are Acceleration: We turn bold ambition into business reality.ROLE OVERVIEW:Reporting to the Delhi Offshore Director, the Senior Digital Analytics Implementation Engineer plays a critical role designing robust measurement solutions, activation plans and methodology, and leads the engineering team. The Data and Analytics lead will work with implementation engineers and solutions architects to bring additional value to our client’s investments in Google Cloud and Google Marketing Platform in addition to other third-party platforms. Beyond delivery, they will be responsible for supporting new business efforts from a technical and solution perspective highlighting the benefits of our solution set and the value gained from platforms we service. AREA OF EXPERTISE: Acceleration is part of WPP, the world’s largest advertising and marketing services group. Clients come to us to solve today’s biggest challenges, surrounding the use of data and technology, to support delivery of improved digital marketing experiences for their customers, across paid, owned and earned environments. Typically, their biggest area of investment is media, and using data and technology, to un-lock value in this area is critical. You will display a distinctive level of subject matter expertise on how to architect and deliver advertising / marketing technology and data strategies that accelerate client value, by increasing customer engagement and personalization in this area. Google is a key partner of ours, and a primary route to market – knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform as well as how Google Cloud can improve marketing efforts is a strong bonus. IDEAL CANDIDATE:This is an excellent opportunity to join our first Global offshoring Hub. The ideal candidate will be excited about designing powerful methodologies for data collection and eager to press the envelope helping clients to adopt new technologies that will fit their specific use cases and to empower clients to get the most value out of their existing investments. They will have experience in many areas including solution design, digital analytics (GA360 and/or Adobe Analytics), CDPs, analytics, testing, optimization and personalization, tag management, and others to name a few. This role is critical to the growth of the team and will be head of delivery for many areas.RESPONSIBILITIES:Be responsible for consistent work delivery and quality to global teamsDesign sophisticated measurement plans and orchestrate implementation of measurement techniquesProvide thought leadership the offshore teamPromote strong collaboration and integration with the market teamsManage multi-platform implementation projectsDevelop plans for continued client growth and assess opportunities for expansionKey escalation point for implementation Junior to Mid-Level engineers and analystsExecute implementations to tight deadlines, working well both independently and as part of a teamCommunicate technical concepts to non-technical staff and the businessDesign testing strategies and test execution plansUnderstand and create the linkage between 1st and 3rd party data for personalization effortsWork with broader consulting teams to produce content on how analytics and testing solutions can deliver on customer objectivesREQUIREMENTS: 6+ years hands-on experience with analytics, tag management, Cloud, and testing solutionsUniversity degree in a quantitative or related field or relevant work experienceMasters in a quantitative field a plusDemonstrable deep knowledge and experience in analytics solutions specifically focused around digital data and tying that data to offline channelsBroad knowledge of the major tag management vendors, with deep knowledge in GTM and TealiumAbility to read and write front-end languages like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.Strong analytics skills and capability within digital analytics solutions (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)Strong testing and personalization skills and deep knowledge of those solutions (i.e. Google Optimize, Adobe Target, Monetate, Oracle Maxymizer)Team lead, management experienceTechnical depth and experience with SQLExperience in leveraging Google Analytics data within GCPExperience of designing measurement frameworksYou will be required to design, maintain, and build a range of analytical solutions on a cloud-based platform
