Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets, Productivity &Profitability Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with SMs & business executives to ensure businessstrategies are executed as per plan ex- SEP/SENP, DSA/DST etc Team Sourcing to be strictly as per policy parameters & acceptable risk norm of the organisation Ensure activation of channels (%) on monthly basis by regular engagement, training & relationship with DSAs/DSTs Coordinate with credit team for solving the queries of Login, Sanctioning & Disbursement To ensure effective training of DSA/DSTs & Sales team of our USPs & Policy guidelines and promotionalmaterial if any for customer acquisition at local level.
Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion planfor the teams Recruit and retain high performers.
Ensure that goals, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback are done on time and inan effective manner
