Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, and others).
Analyze performance metrics to uncover actionable insights and improve ROI.
Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
Manage budgets efficiently to ensure maximum impact and profitability.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and tools to ensure Zuri remains competitive.
Develop A/B testing strategies to refine campaigns and boost conversions.
Report campaign performance to stakeholders with clear and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in performance marketing, particularly in e-commerce or furniture industries (preferred).
Expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and CRO is a bonus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
