Senior Role - Exp - 6 - 8 Years
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and digitally savvy Senior Retail Media Operations Executive to lead the end-to-end execution of supplier advertising campaigns within our fast-evolving retail media network. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in digital media operations, outstanding attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination at scale. This role is integral to ensuring campaign success, operational accuracy, and driving continuous improvement in campaign delivery and advertiser experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle campaign execution, from campaign briefing, asset validation, and banner setup to performance monitoring and post-campaign analysis
Act as the central coordinator for all campaign stakeholders, ensuring alignment between Sales, Ad Operations, Platform, Creative, and Product Category teams
Perform thorough quality checks on creatives and ensure accurate implementation of campaigns across digital platforms (onsite, programmatic, and social)
Monitor campaign pacing and bidding strategy, troubleshoot delivery issues, and execute mid-flight optimizations where needed
Consolidate and analyze campaign data to generate insights, support campaign reviews, and drive performance improvements (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CVR)
Support innovation projects such as automation pilots, beta platform features, and growth experiments aimed at improving operational efficiency and advertiser outcomes
Develop documentation, best practices, and operational templates to improve campaign workflow and reduce errors
Mentor junior team members and provide operational oversight across multiple campaigns simultaneously
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or retail media operations or FMCG Background
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance in campaign delivery
Strong campaign coordination and project management skills with experience juggling multiple campaigns and stakeholder priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Monday.com and advertising platforms such as GAM360, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Criteo, Citrus Ads, or similar
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
