We at Qube Cinema are looking to hire talents who are sales-driven, self-motivated, and learning enthusiasts to be part of the Advertisement Sales Team with strong experience in revenue generation, client relationship management, and account management.




Job Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients to broaden revenue base - Meeting and persuading clients to buy advertising space or time on the cinema screens
Manage relations effectively with key clients/accounts and agencies to ensure retention of existing clients, increase recurring business deals and revenue from existing clients
Maintain sales reports, sales pipeline, tracking, and report metrics as and when required to be able to present well and create an impact on clients and prospects
Ensure smooth deal closure, from revenue collection to recording the details.
Work along with the sales operations team for smooth delivery of client expectations
Adept in understanding the market segments with a good business sense for growth and revenue
Understand the needs of the clients and provide creative solutions



Talent that we are looking for?
5-8 years of core media sales experience Media Industry (FM Radio, Cinema, TV Channels, Print, Outdoor, Social Media, etc)
Great communication skills, excellent repo with the local clients directly, and great PR in the market, with a client-first approach
Out-of-the-box thinking with a creative mind and a go-getter
