We need a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to guide, enhance, and expand our multi-channel paid advertising strategies as our company grows.
About the Role
The Performance Marketing Manager will create and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In, and various other platforms. Your responsibility will include directing performance strategies for accounts while optimizing spending and delivering reports that demonstrate ROI and client success.
Key Responsibilities
Create and administer performance marketing initiatives throughout multiple advertising platforms including Google and Meta Ads as well as Linked In. ).
You will create optimized paid strategies throughout the entire funnel that meet client goals including lead generation, e Commerce, Saa S businesses. ).
Execute detailed audience targeting strategies while performing A/B tests and designing budget plans.
Examine marketing campaign data to produce actionable insights which will drive ongoing performance improvements.
Work together with account managers alongside designers and content teams to ensure messaging consistency.
Extend client relationships through consistent performance reporting and strategic advisory services.
Be aware of current trends in performance marketing and learn about platform updates and algorithm modifications.
Requirements
Candidates need at least three years of work experience in performance marketing or paid media strategy roles at agencies or in-house positions.
Candidates must demonstrate advanced skills in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager as well as proficiency in another platform such as Linked In or Tik Tok. ).
A history of successfully managing substantial budgets while achieving measurable returns on investment.
The candidate should be familiar with how to use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
The candidate must demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities to transform data findings into strategic business plans.
Must have strong communication skills alongside fluency in English both spoken and written.
Candidates who have worked in e Commerce, Saa S, or B2 B lead generation will have an advantage.
