Position Overview:
We are looking for associates on a full-time basis to join our amazing team in Mumbai.

Associate role is all about both developing the network of experts for the company as well as being a face of Focal Fact towards the clients. This means you are ultimately responsible for proactively reaching your to industry leading experts and onboarding them for client projects, speaking with client firms scoping our their projects and delivering outstanding results.

The working hours for this position are 19:00 to 04:00am. Cab is provided back home.

The role is well suited for ambitious, energetic and goal-driven professionals who are not afraid to work hard. If you are full of energy and have experience with outbound outreach this should be a great fit. This role is highly-dynamic and requires impeccable time management skills.

Key responsibilities:
1. Proactive outbound outreach via Linkedin or other social media channels to industry experts
2. Negotiation of commercial terms with industry experts
3. Member management, addressing queries from leads and experts
4. Expanding the network of experts for the company

What we are looking for:
• Experience requirement: graduates from top universities are welcomed. 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Bachelor or Masters (ideally) degree from a university
• Fluency is any other European language is a big advantage (German, French or Italian).
• Good knowledge of generating leads (leadgen) using Linkedin
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
