Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce website
· Ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date with descriptions, images,
pricing, and availability
· Coordinate with the design and content teams to enhance product pages and overall
website layout
· Manage day-to-day Amazon account operations
· Handle Amazon Seller Central operations, including inventory management, order
processing, and returns
· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure inventory
availability for both the website and Amazon
· Assist with order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery to customers
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries
· Assist in analyzing sales data and website performance to identify trends and
opportunities for growth
· Prepare regular reports on key metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates,
and customer behavior for both the website and Amazon
· Use data insights to make recommendations for marketing strategies and
website/Amazon enhancements
· Coordinate with external vendors, such as digital marketing agencies and logistics
· Develop and execute Amazon-specific digital marketing campaigns, including
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads

· Analyze and report on the effectiveness of Amazon marketing campaigns using
tools like Amazon Advertising Console and other analytics tools
· Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales events on

Requirements and qualifications:
· 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the publishing or retail
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology,
or a related field
· Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce) and Amazon
Seller Central
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with HTML, CSS and basic web design principles.
