Liaising with travel agents and build relations with them and help them for their regular bookings.
Taking guest calls and converting them.
Assisting the sales team in setting their rates.
Maintaining the inhouse reservations systems.
You will closely monitor the performance of the OTAs and implement rate changes and offers whenever required.
Maintain all reports related to Sales & Reservations.
Promote team spirit and encourage excellence in telephone sales and service performance among all reservations staff.
Works oneonone with reservations agents to improve their sales techniques as well as ensures an ongoing coaching training and development of staff.
Manage Group Reservations Coordinators and their processes to ensure adherence to the Sales Contract terms ensure the highest level of meeting planner and guest satisfaction whilst maximizing room inventory and Rates.
Maintain employee discipline conduct employee reviews conduct monthly departmental meetings and various briefings on policy changes new promotions and new procedures.
Responsible for loading and maintaining rates packages and tracking codes in the Property Management system.
Effectively control high occupancy and oversold dates to ensure minimal guest walks and to maintain hotel profitability.
Complete data entry required for monthly performance results.
You should have knowledge of working with CRS (Central Reservation System) You should be ready to take calls after the office hours also whenever required.
Managing team effectively You should be a team leader & Team Player.
Requirements Requirements: 1.
Minimum 78 Yrs Experience in handling reservations in Luxury Resorts.
2.
Should be a Graduate (Tourism/Hotel Management Preferred) 3.
Knowledge of CRS & CRM 4.
Basic computer knowledge is a must 5.
