Position - AGM/DGM - Business Analyst & Reporting
Location - Hyderabad
Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in Private Equity or Financial Services - Financial Modelling, Investment Analysis, Business Analysis

Responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis of actual performance vis-à-vis budget/ forecast & previous year actual pertaining to each individual business vertical of the Group. Coordinate with the respective vertical CFO / Head MIS as well as corporate team for analyzing & reporting monthly and quarterly business performance to the Promoters on behalf of the Holding Company & prepare presentation for the Bo D of the Holding Company. Keep a track of the changes in business environment, of the verticals, instrumental in obtaining industry update and benchmark business performance with the industry peers (competitor analysis). Participate in management reviews, collate Mo M with related action taken report points and track progress on the committed actions, by vertical, along with the timeline.

Analytical Skills:

Thorough understanding of financial aspects, key ratios, budgeting, costing, and financial modeling.
Ability to analyze financial statements and provide meaningful commentaries.

Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Familiarity with government policies affecting business, especially in Textile, Sugar, and Power sectors.

Communication Skills:

Excellent presentation skills in MS Office, including Power Point.
Ability to deliver precise presentations and adapt style to seek win-win solutions.

Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills:

Interaction with top management, CFOs, Head MIS, and corporate teams.
Ability to interact with peers in other industries and investors/PE firms as needed.

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to work closely with CFOs to report financial/strategic goals.
Demonstrate thought leadership and provide insights into business issues.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning:

Keen to learn and develop a thorough understanding of the external business environment for all verticals.

Technology Proficiency:

Utilize technology for aligned performance reporting and possess advanced modeling skills, including AI.
