Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Roorkee for a Training and Placement Officer. The Training and Placement Officer will be responsible for managing the on-campus placement process, building relationships with potential recruiters, and organizing placement drives. The role also includes planning and conducting soft skills and employability enhancement training sessions for students. Additionally, the officer will track placement data, coordinate with company representatives, and oversee students’ professional development.
