Responsibilities:
- Engineering Leadership:
Proven engineering manager with over 20 years in product development and engineering, able to work as an individual contributor, leader, and team player to drive account growth. - Product & Platform Engineering:
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, manage front-end and back-end teams, ensure compliance with security regulations, and lead large-scale projects. Hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, cloud-based platforms using various technologies. - Customer & Stakeholder Management:
Build strong customer relationships and provide thought leadership and transformation recommendations. Act as a consultant, technology expert, and guide for client teams. - Program & Delivery Management:
Manage SLAs, KPIs, metrics, and program health. Lead a team of technical experts across geographies, coordinate with external stakeholders, and drive productivity improvement and optimization strategies.
Skills:
- Technical Expertise:
Deep experience with Azure/AWS/GCP, open-source technologies, enterprise & cloud architecture, middleware, and programming languages like Java, C#, Go, and Python. - Data & Analytics:
Experience in data warehouse architecture, ETL, data orchestration, and business intelligence platforms. Ability to define and articulate cloud architecture for product modernization. - Consulting & Client Relations:
Strong background in consulting service delivery, from project scoping to support. Ability to build client relationships and provide exceptional customer experiences. - Leadership:
Effective communicator, influencer, and mentor with a strong drive for results and problem-solving skills. Able to lead and develop junior to mid-level team members.

Understanding of Banking and Financial vertical platforms is required.
