We are seeking a QA Manager with a strong experience in software engineering QA methodologies and proven experience leading teams to successfully deliver great software experiences.Key Qualifications: Expertise: Proven capabilities in leading interactive software product testing teams, ideally for experiential multiplatform software products.Customer-Focused: Passionate about the customer experience and delivering products that inspire, surprise, and delight.Team Player: Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills.Priority Driven: Comfortable working in a continually changing and dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution.Technically Agile: Proven ability to drive QA success via integrated cross-functional teams involving deep collaboration with engineering and design.BS or MS in Computer Science or in Software Engineering.5+ years of experience in web application testing, including frontend, APIs, and mobile apps using manual and automated tests.Knowledge and experience with Test Automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, Postman, LambdaTest, and more.Knowledgeable in data architecture and user experience.Working experience in Java programming, MySQL, MongoDB, Agile.Extremely high attention to detail to identify visual and functional imperfections.High degree of responsibility, reliability, and proactivity.Description: In the QA Manager role, you will: Build, establish, manage, and lead the QA team/discipline for Biztree.Ensure our products achieve or exceed the envisioned customer experience.Develop quality strategies for products and develop and execute software test plans.Analyze test results and find failure causes and solutions.Execute the activities of the software quality assurance function for maximum quality predictability, with adequate risk awareness and management.Ability to write software test strategies, plans, test cases, and test reports.Implement automated tests for feature-level test automation of APIs and interfaces.Work with the development teams to ensure that User Stories are testable.Ability to represent data-driven root-cause analysis and remediation reports.Monitor and guide all QA activities.Working conditions Full-time position; working from home in India or our offsite office in Bengaluru, India.Get the best of both worlds; work in a startup environment for a company that is well established and testing several new products in the coming months.You will report directly to the Director of Product ManagementSalary 20 - 25 Lakhs per annumPossible performance bonusAbout Biztree Inc, Maker of Business-in-a-Box.
