Work closely with the team to identify, define, develop, document, execute and automate different test scenarios/test cases to ensure quality product releases and compliance with requirementsEnsure all tests are automated using the technology and framework implemented for the projectAutomate End-to-End, Integration tests for Frontend and Backend applications Design, Build, Maintain, and Deploy automated Test suites, pipelines, and environmentsCollaborate with product management, architecture, and engineering teams to plan and execute comprehensive system and feature test plansWork with engineering teams towards continuous quality improvement with the integration, smoke, and regression test plansParticipate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution Essential Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience / MCA or / B.E / BCA in Computer Science or related fields from a reputed institute. Min 4-8 years of experience as Sr. Test Engineer in a B2B/B2C startup / company Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies and test-driven development Experience in designing and executing test cases covering all facets of testing (UI, usability, UX, functional, system, performance, security) Experience with browser-based UI automation using Testcafe / Cypress / Selenium / Robot frameworks is a must Experience in test automation using Jest, Typescript, JavaScriptStrong scripting skills (one or more) Shell, Perl, Python, Ruby, etc Experience with API testing and understanding of continuous delivery dynamics Good understanding of Test Planning, Test Strategies, and exposure to various test metrics to deliver quality releases. to use a wide variety of open-source and in-house technologies and tools Ability to identify, isolate and concisely document quality metrics & defects Detail oriented and should be able to work in a fast-paced, iterative product development environment Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional approach Desired Skills Experience with SaaS environment and/or Cloud-based test automation. Experience in using AWS technologies. Experience in Security Domain is a plus.
