This role will support mid-large-scale Service Now projects across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.


The Service Now Team Lead will perform the following:

· Design, develop, and deliver enhancements to the Service Now platform.
· Involved in enhancements and development work on the Service Now platform according to the support project's needs.
· Lead discussions, including gathering requirements, designing workflows, and configurations, and overseeing testing and deployment for support cases.
· Manage Service Now platform maintenance and upgrades to ensure the platform is up to date-and functioning optimally.
· Provide hands-on support for Service Now-related issues, incidents, and user inquiries.
· Collaborate with the support team to address and resolve Service Now platform-related challenges.
· Ensure timely response and resolution to support cases, maintaining a high level of user satisfaction.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions within the Service Now platform.
· Provide technical guidance and mentoring to support team members.
· Handle the responsibility of all team members as a people manager and assist in achieving their goals.
· Focal point for all high-priority support cases reported.
· Arranging calls with clients to open issues and discuss process improvement.

Requirements :
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
· A minimum of 5–6 years of development experience with Service Now modules.
· Expert-level understanding of the Service Now platform and its capabilities is required.
· Good understanding of service-oriented architecture, software application architecture, and the ability to consult with customers about these topics.
· Experience with web technologies such as Java Script, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and SQL. Experience in one or more Java Script frameworks like Angular JS or React is a plus.
· Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML)
· Familiarity with Scrum and Agile ways of working and development.
· result-oriented and good communication skills.

Desirable Qualities
Certified as Service Now System Administrator (CSA)
· Certified as Service Now Application Developer (CAD)
· Certified Service Now Implementation Specialist in ITSM

Immediate joiners who can join within 1-2 months will be preferred.
