Position: Senior LLM Solutions Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Large Language Model (LLM) Engineers to join our innovative team in building a cutting-edge multi-agent framework for enterprise process automation. This role focuses on developing intelligent solutions for software development, project management, and product management workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and implement scalable multi-agent systems using state-of-the-art LLM technologies
• Design and develop robust data pipelines for training and fine-tuning language models
• Create intelligent automation workflows for software development and project management processes
• Integrate and optimize various LLM models for specific business use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI implementation

Required Technical Skills:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning and AI technologies
• Strong proficiency in LLM frameworks such as Lang Chain, Llama Index, or Crew AI
• Experience with major LLM APIs (Open AI, Anthropic, Azure Open AI)
• Expertise in Python and modern software development practices
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure
• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding technologies
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns
