Job Description : The Role You'll work directly with our founding team on high-priority projects, bridging the gap between product vision and engineering execution.
What You'll Do : - Oversee and manage the execution of multiple related projects within a program.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and communication across departments.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may impact program success.
- Report on program status, performance, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
