Job purpose:


Process Automation developer will be responsible for developing complex automation solutions. Guide the end users as well as team member in design, development, testing and maintenance of automation projects across the organisation. Able to engineer process patterns for the purpose of creating reusable assets within enterprise architecture. Utilize process automation best practise to ensure automations meet business requirements and meets stated targets for efficiency. Must be able to advise and/or developed multiple automation projects and ensure delivery within the given timeline. Will be called upon to coach, mentor and train end users in RPA design techniques and best practices.


Main tasks and responsibilities



· Work with functional and technical support to continuously develop and support the enterprise RPA platform.

· Work with customers on high value automation opportunities to consult, design, develop and or support solutions using RPA and potentially other technologies.

· Setup, configure, monitor and maintain the RPA environment.

· Should be able to suggest unattended / attended BOT application as per business needs.

· Drive growth of the enterprise RPA program and new technology platforms.

· Work with application vendors on function support issues and roadmaps

· Experimenting with new tool and technologies

· Collaborate amongst various functional teams’ analyst and architects

· Design and developed required RPA solution, created required documentation, provide support.

· Understanding of workflow-based logic and ability to both understand a current state of the business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize future state of the same in an automated solution.

· Responsible for deploying sustainable solutions.




Education requirements

Bachelors or Equivalent in Information systems or computer science




Language requirements

English – Fluent (required)




Background and experience

· More than 5 years of development life cycle experience having at least 5 end to end implementation.

· 3+ years of experience with one of the following Java,C++,.Net, SQL

· 3+years of experience in developing withing RPA

· 3+years of experience working with enterprise solutions

· Experience on software development methodology

· Able to create project required documentation

· Must have strong written, verbal and listening communication skills require

· Experience in market leader RPA tools (Multiple tools will be added advantage)

· Proficiency in Microsoft office products with a focus on excel, sequel, PowerPoint

· Supply chain, Shipping or logistics experience Preferred.

· Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and code of conduct.

· Must be able to interact well with others.

· Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.

· Must be capable of working under tight constraints in a high environment with multiple priorities.
