SAP FIORI - Senior & Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Team Coordination: Lead and mentor a team of technical consultants and developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
Skill Development: Facilitate training and knowledge sharing within the team to enhance overall technical expertise.
Solution Architecture: Design and oversee the technical architecture for SAP Fiori solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and business requirements.
Technical Specifications: Create and review technical specifications, ensuring they accurately reflect the business needs and technical feasibility.
Custom Development: Lead the development of custom Fiori applications using SAPUI5, including creating complex UI components, integrating with backend systems, and ensuring adherence to design principles.
Fiori Launchpad: Configure and customize the Fiori Launchpad, including setting up tiles, roles, and groups, and ensuring proper integration with backend services.
OData Services: Oversee the development and configuration of OData services to ensure seamless communication between Fiori applications and SAP backend systems.
Backend Integration: Manage integration with SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC) and other third-party systems, ensuring data consistency and functionality.
Testing Oversight: Ensure thorough testing of Fiori applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, to validate that solutions meet quality standards.
Issue Resolution: Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues, coordinating with other teams as needed.
Project Planning: Assist in project planning, including defining technical scope, estimating effort, and setting timelines.
Best Practices: Promote and implement best practices in Fiori development and configuration, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Fiori applications, addressing any issues that arise and implementing updates as necessary.
Enhancements: Identify and implement enhancements to improve the functionality and performance of existing Fiori applications.

Required Skills:
Expert Knowledge: Deep expertise in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and related technologies, including ABAP and OData.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a technical team, with strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of addressing complex technical issues.
Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of technical solutions, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications:
Relevant to S4 HANA Developer roles will be added advantage.
SAP FIORI Administrator and SAP Fiori Developer certifications.
