Java AWS Lead (8 Years Experience) Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Java AWS Lead with over 8 years of handson experience to lead our development team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java Microservices architecture and cloudbased solutions with a focus on AWS.

The role involves leading the design development and implementation of highquality scalable and efficient cloudbased applications.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and implementing cloudnative applications.

Develop deploy and manage services using Spring Boot Spring Cloud Spring Cloud Config and Spring Gateway.

Architect and implement Microservices solutions ensuring high availability scalability and performance.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers cloud architects and Dev Ops to design and deliver endtoend solutions.

Manage deployment and infrastructure on AWS and utilize AWS services to enhance the architecture and performance of applications.

Ensure best practices are followed in coding testing and deployment processes.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot debug and optimize performance for the Javabased applications.

Key Requirements: 8 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot Spring Cloud Spring Cloud Config and Spring Gateway.

Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and experience in building microservicesbased applications.

Proven experience working with AWS cloud services.

Handson experience with RESTful APIs and serviceoriented architecture.

Solid knowledge of design patterns best coding practices and performance optimization.

Experience in using CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.

Strong problemsolving skills excellent communication and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Ability to work from the Bangalore office.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes and other containerization technologies.

Experience in serverless architecture using AWS Lambda is a plus.
