Proven experience architecting consulting and implementing virtual desktop solutions with specific expertise in Citrix VMWare Horizon and Cloud VDI services particularly Azure WVD.

Indepth knowledge of VDI concepts including desktop virtualization application virtualization user profile management and remote access protocols (e.g.

RDP HDX PCo IP).

Strong understanding of networking principles including TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN and firewall configurations as they relate to virtual desktop environments.

Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g.

Power Shell Python) for streamlining deployment tasks optimizing system performance and implementing infrastructure as code (Ia C) practices.

Excellent analytical skills and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
