You will lead the charge in designing coding and deploying specialized features that meet the specific needs of the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities: Guide the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) for our fashion ERP software maintaining best practices and ensuring highquality output.

Liaise with product managers and stakeholders to convert complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and engaging features.

Design scalable and maintainable systems ensuring they align with the unique workflows of the fashion industry.

Lead mentor and build a team of software engineers in an environment that prizes innovation collaboration and professional growth.

Conduct rigorous code reviews manage source control using Git and Git Hub and safeguard the quality of the codebase.

Optimize system performance to manage largescale transactions and intricate data processing tasks efficiently.

Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in both the fashion and tech landscapes integrating such advancements into our ERP system.

Work in tandem with QA teams to ensure the consistent delivery of reliable and topquality software.

Oversee project timelines resource allocation and risk management to ensure the timely rollout of updates and new features.

Provide toptier technical support swiftly resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction and system reliability.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.

At least 7 years of professional experience in ERP systems or comparable enterprise software development.

Strong expertise in WPF C# React JSON APIs Azure Functions Azure Apps Azure Static Web Apps and.

NET framework for developing enterprise applications.

Solid experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services including deployment management and optimization of applications.

Proficient with Git and Git Hub for version control and collaborative software development.

Demonstrated leadership in managing complex software projects from conception to deployment.

Indepth understanding of software architecture and design principles.

Practical experience with agile project management and scrum team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline.

Specific experience with the development or management of fashion ERP systems.

Indepth knowledge of cloud computing services particularly Microsoft Azure along with Saa S models.

Strong problemsolving skills and analytical mindset.
