Position Summary

As a Staff Engineer, you will serve as a senior technical leader, influencing key architectural decisions and setting the standard for software development excellence.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, build, and deploy robust solutions that meet our business requirements and drive operational success.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of secure, efficient, and scalable software solutions.

- Translate high-level project requirements into functional, high-quality applications across both backend and frontend frameworks.

- Technical Leadership : Proven experience leading complex software projects, setting technical direction, and mentoring engineering teams.

- Azure Expertise : Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including MS SQL Server, Azure Web Apps, Functions (HTTP, Queue, Orchestration), Storage solutions, and Dev Ops (CI/CD).

- Backend Development : Proficiency in.
