Job Accountabilities:
Drive Mechanical Integrity and Quality assurance systems, integrate management systems supporting Mechanical Integrity for Fixed Equipment, Relief Systems and Rotating equipment
Defining, implementing and sustaining risk management initiatives identified to deliver continuous improvement and/or compliance with industry/regulatory changes associated with Mechanical Integrity
Responsible for tracking, reporting and identifying MI trends on equipment
Align MIQA programs with OMS group essentials & group guide lines.
Provide effective technical advice to the maintenance team, ensuring threats are evaluated, procedures are followed and work is completed in accordance with the company's technical procedures.
Ensure that any actions arising from inspection activities are fully reported and communicated.
Perform root cause analysis and failure investigation on systems and equipment, as required.
Provide timely and accurate reports to the Team Lead, informing the anomalies and recommend actions to be taken.
Plan Mechanical Integrity audits. Carry out Inspection, quality assurance, maintenance and safety audits as required.
Managing inspection data in systems such as Meridiam, SAP, BIF etc.
Will be responsible for day to day monitoring of Contractor's performance in terms of progress and Manpower & Equipment's deployment status.
To ensure that all Construction activities are being carried out safely in accordance with Company's HSE Policy.
Participating in development of inspection and test plans for plant equipment.
Review Drawings and specifications to determine the quantity and type of insulation required.
Skill & Competencies:
Experiences in piping and static equipment inspection and maintenance in refining and petrochemical business.
API, CSWIP/CWI, SSPC, NACE certification holding is advantage
Knowledge of non-destructive testing techniques applicable to inspection of plant equipment.
Good knowledge on construction and inspection code
Education Required:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Civil engineering
Experience Required:
At least 5-6 years of working experience in the manufacturing, inspection and maintenance of refining and petrochemical business.
