Required Skills:
- Prepare client proposals and assist in product demos when needed.
- Work with clients and teams to understand business needs and write clear requirements.
- Lead discussions for insurance products like Whole Life, Term Life, Annuities, Reinsurance, and Mortgage Insurance.
- Create documents like BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRS (Functional Requirement Specification).
- Help design underwriting systems, policy administration platforms and exposure management tools.
- Support testing activities including UAT, regression, and pre-production testing.
- Use SQL and reporting tools like Jasper to analyze data and support business decisions.
- Functional Life Insurance Products Knowledge
- Excellent Business Analyst -User Stories/ JIRA / Product Management- Life Insurance Mandatory
- Extensive knowledge of Life Insurance products and Sapiens preferred
- Business Features Architecture (mandatory) and Technical Architecture (good to have).
