We’re looking for a hands-on tech leader to join us at Senti Sum—someone who’s not here to maintain systems, but to build, innovate, and lead from the front.
We are working with some of the biggest names in the industry. No CTO or CPO today. But as we step into our next phase (launching our big vision, expanding into enterprise), this is a critical leadership hire.
You’ll work closely with me, own our tech direction, and partner with product and design to build something customers rave about. This is your chance to shape not just code, but the product and culture of the company.
Who we’re looking for:
- A strong engineering leader with product intuition—you think in customer outcomes.
- Experience building data-heavy products. NLP or LLMS a big plus.
- Someone who’s scaled systems, shipped fast, and solved messy real-world problems.
- Deeply cares about engineering culture, team growth, and doing things the right way.
- Bonus: you’ve been a founder (successful or not). You’ll get how we operate.
- Min 8-10 years of solid tech experience in product companies, preferably high-growth startups
What you’ll do:
- Own tech strategy, architecture, and product execution.
- Build and lead a growing team of engineers and leads (currently in Bangalore).
- Help us balance speed and stability, innovation and simplicity.
- Be a culture setter, not just a team manager.
