Backend engineer with 36 years of experience for a Founding Engineer role.
Technical Requirements :
We are specifically looking for backend engineers with :
- Strong hands-on experience in Java or Node.js.
- Experience building and running systems on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.)
- Strong foundation in Relational Databases (Postgre SQL / My SQL) schema design, indexing, performance tuning
- Proficiency with Messaging Queues (e.g.
SQS, Kafka)
- Experience designing clean APIs, debugging production systems, and building scalable backend architectures
