Job Type: Full-Time (Following 6-Month Training Period)

As part of our mission, we are seeking a motivated Web Applications Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a structured 6-month training period with both remote and onsite work, leading to potential full-time employment.

Training Period Structure;

First 2 Months (Remote Probation Period):
First Month: No payout as it focuses on onboarding, self-paced learning, and initial skill evaluation.
Second Month: No payout but involves active participation in real-world tasks while continuing skill development.

Next 4 Months (Onsite Training in Bengaluru):
Monthly stipend of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 , based on performance and contributions.
Candidates will work onsite in Bengaluru, receiving hands-on training and contributing to organizational projects.

Post Training Period:
Based on performance and contributions during the training period, candidates will be considered for a full-time role with a competitive salary package.

Note: Throughout the training period, you will be trained while contributing to the development of impactful projects for the organization.
Key Responsibilities;

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Work on both the frontend and backend of web applications (Full Stack Development).
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Implement responsive and user-centric designs with a focus on optimal user experience.
Manage databases (SQL/No SQL) for application data storage and retrieval.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
Write clean, maintainable, and secure code following best practices.
Debug, test, and resolve application issues effectively.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web application development.

Required Skills and Qualifications;

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks/libraries (React.js, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
Strong backend development experience with technologies like Node.js, Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails.
Hands-on experience with database management (SQL/No SQL).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Understanding of Dev Ops practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills;

Knowledge of AI/ML integration with web applications.
Experience with Graph QL APIs.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Selenium).
Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
