Role description Working with our customers on their daily business activities in order to develop a deep understanding of their business processes and objectivesEngaging with key business users and stakeholders and collecting and defining requirementsManaging and analyzing changes to requirements in the IBM ELM product suiteCapturing and tracing changes to requirements in the IBM ELM product suiteCoordina ting and contributing with other consultants, architects and developers and providing the team with analysis, design, development and enhancement of IBM ELM solutions and IBM ELM ExtensionsDiscussing and cooperating with the development team to specify, execute a nd provide relevant solutionsWorking on business and technical tasks in IBM products like DOORS, DOORS Next, EWM (RTC), ETM (RQM), Rhapsody and other Jazz applicationsLeading proactive communication and information exchangeProviding feedback and guidance to clients to support technology-related decision makingHelping our clients with Process-Development in ALM ToolchainAnalysis and Discus sions with other stakeholders regarding development processesPresentation and documentation of concepts,workflows and data modelsI mplementation of Process Configuration and preparation of user documentation and support during the implementation of the toolsSupport during pre-sales and post-sales activitiesGood experience with the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management products including IBM Doors Next, Engineering Workflow Management and Engineering Test Management or similar tools in ALM areaSolid understanding of processes in the Area of requirements engineering, design, MBSE, development and testing of complex productsEducation with focus on Engineering or IT is a big advantageProfessional and project experience in complex development environments.Knowledge of traditional and agile development processes (V-Model, Agile, SAFE)Knowledge of other ALM tools (DOORS Classic, Codebeamer, JAMA, PTC Windchill, Polarion) or integrations to 3rd Party tools is an advantage.Software development skills (i.e. Javascript, JAVA, Python…) are a plusOrientation on customer and high quality service deliveryStrong analytical and problem solving skillsGood communication and presentation skills
