JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic Share Point Developer with expertise in Power Apps to join our
team. In this role, you will design and implement customized Share Point solutions that enhance
business processes, automate workflows, and improve collaboration across the organization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Share Point with other business
systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality. While the core focus will be
Share Point and Power Apps, the ability to build integrations and experience with website
development will be a valuable asset in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBLIITIES

Share Point Development & Customization:
Design and develop Share Point sites, pages, and custom web parts.
Customize Share Point user experiences using Share Point Designer, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Build and maintain lists, libraries, workflows, and document management systems.

Power Apps & Workflow Automation:
Develop custom Power Apps to automate key business processes and improve collaboration.
Use Power Automate to automate workflows and connect Share Point with other business platforms and third-party services.
Optimize existing Power Apps and workflows for performance and usability.

System Integration & Connectivity:
Build integrations between Share Point and other internal/external systems using APIs or Power Automate.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability.
Manage and troubleshoot integrations, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.

Job Description
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with the internal team and the business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Share Point and Power Apps solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in Share Point development, Power Apps, and workflow automation.
Experience developing and deploying custom Share Point solutions, including integrating Power Apps with other platforms.
Experience integrating Share Point with other systems using Power Automate, APIs, or other connectors.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Share Point Online and Share Point Designer.
Expertise in Power Apps development and workflow automation with Power Automate.
Strong understanding of Share Point architecture, including site collections, lists, libraries, and permissions.
Strong knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, Java Script) and frameworks (React, Angular) is preferred but not required.
Experience with APIs, REST services, and integrating multiple platforms.

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
