JD - Customer Success Engineer (Network Security Engineer)Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as a customer advocate by influencing the product roadmap and Coach customers on how to establish and manage their Cloud Security Change Be the Go-To customer expert on the Prisma SASE solutions and become a Subject Matter expert over time Identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan or escalate as needed.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map Prisma SASE features and associated business benefits to address their needs.
Guide adoption, accelerated integrations with new cloud security products, and real-time support and strategy Work closely with CISOs, Security Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Development Operations teams to implement cloud security solutions.
Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment by rapidly implementing and operationalizing solutions to achieve their business and security objectives.
Assist customers in implementing custom integrations and workflows to ensure Prisma SASE solutions are fully integrated into their security operations center.
Management/Governance/Center of Excellence programs Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering (preferred) or any graduate degree with related technical experience.
Mandatory Technical Experience4–8 years of experience in Networking, VPNs, and Firewalls.
Experience with security products and/or offerings Proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions.
Good knowledge of Network protocols such as ARP, IP, TCP, UDP, DHCP, and DNSGood Knowledge of the routing protocols, such as OSPF and BGPGood Knowledge of Network security protocols such as IPsec, SSL, and GREDesirable Experience Good understanding of Palo Alto Prisma, Panorama, firewalls, App-ID, user-ID, content-ID and Global Protect is a plus We can consider Network resources with the different vendor firewall experience who can be upskilled to Palo Alto Understanding of cloud providers like AWS, Azure Basic Knowledge of Operating Systems Windows, Unix, Linux PCNSE, CCNA certifications Additional Information : Should be open to night shifts Soft Skills Ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience Excellent organizational and time management skills Self-starter, self-directed and independent thinker Ability to multi-task, team player and work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and presentation skills Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies EXP-- 4yrs to 9 yrs.
