What You'll Do: Strategic Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with business leaders to shape and execute people strategies that drive business outcomes.
Talent Management: Lead the execution of talent lifecycle initiatives — from performance enablement and capability building to leadership development and succession planning.

Organizational Effectiveness: Drive org design, change management, and team effectiveness interventions to support scale and transformation.

What You Bring: MBA/PGDM in HR from XLRI, MDI, TISS, SIBM, IIMs, or other Tier-1 institutes5+ years of progressive experience in HRBP or strategic HR roles, preferably in dynamic or high-growth environments Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategy with organizational goals Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and a high-performance environment Hands-on experience with organizational design, performance management, and change management A growth mindset, high EQ, and a passion for making workplaces better
