RMG Department: RMG is responsible for Replenishing, Managing, Tracking & Utilizing the resources of the company to an optimum level.
The activities of RMG include interacting with the Business Groups and understanding their resource needs, planning & forecasting future requirements.deciding on sourcing channels like staffing through internal resources, contracting, direct recruitment & campus hiring.
RMG also must counsel non-performing resources, keep track of it and take necessary actions when required.
An RMG being the custodian of the company's talent pool, he/she should have complete data about the skills available in the company.
Hence the job of updating & tracking skills.
He/she is responsible for managing & utilizing bench resources etc.
In short, the RMG will be the interface between the Delivery groups and all other service groups like general HR recruitment, Training department, etc.
