Power Bi Architect, Palakkad

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Solution Architecture & Design:**
- Design and architect scalable Power BI solutions to meet business needs.
- Define standards, best practices, and frameworks for data visualization in Power BI.
- Evaluate existing data infrastructure and recommend integration strategies for Power BI.

**Dashboard Development:**
- Develop visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Implement data visualizations and reporting capabilities that provide actionable insights.
- Ensure that dashboards adhere to usability, performance, and accessibility standards.

**Data Integration & Connectivity:**
- Connect and integrate diverse data sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, cloud-based systems).
- Develop data models and manage Power BI datasets.
- Optimize Power BI performance, including data refresh, processing, and loading times.

**Data Governance & Security:**
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and data access policies to ensure data confidentiality.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Power BI reports.

**Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:**
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide user training and documentation to ensure effective use of Power BI solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts and project statuses effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

**Hands-on Development:**

**Job Responsibilities:**

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Power BI Architect as well as a hands-on developer.
- Expertise in Power BI (Desktop, Service, and Mobile) and related tools.
- Strong proficiency in DAX and M query.
- Proficient in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and various database systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their integration with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
