Job description Key Responsibilities: Automation & Scripting Develop and implement automation solutions over Smart CM to enhance efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and ensure configuration consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to design and optimize automation workflows and algorithms.
Continuously enhance existing automation algorithms to improve performance and reliability.
Presales Support Deliver technical presentations and demos of Smart CM, showcasing its full capabilities.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Smart CM automation addresses their needs.
Participate in proof-of-concept (Po C) activities, building customized automation workflows to highlight the products value proposition.
Delivery & Implementation Define and deliver customer solutions using Smart CM, with a focus on automation-driven efficiency.
Support the business rules definition process by implementing automated rules for compliance, auditing, and configuration validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues , collaborating with internal and customer teams.
Provide guidance on best practices for automating telecom configuration management processes.
Product Engineering Support Contribute to the definition of new Smart CM features , particularly focusing on automation capabilities.
Collaborate with the product development team to validate and test enhancements.
Share customer feedback and industry insights to help shape the product roadmap.
Key Skills: Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in Python or similar languages for automating configuration management tasks.
Optimization Expertise: Hands-on experience in network optimization with strong analytical skills.5 G & 4 G Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of 5 G architecture, protocols, and configuration management , with solid experience in 4 G networks.
Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of telecom network infrastructure, technologies, and multi-vendor environments.
Presentation & Communication: Ability to create and deliver technical presentations and effectively engage with customers.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows Preferred candidate profile Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field ( Postgraduate degree preferred ).8-10 years of experience in telecom network configuration management or network optimization.
Strong expertise in 4 G and 5 G networks , with a particular emphasis on 5 G technologies.
Strong scripting skills in Python (or similar languages) for building automation solutions.
