Job Description: - Cloud Core Infrastructure support Engineer with 3 to 8 years of experience (Bangalore & Hyderabad Location).
§ Ability to translate application requirements into cloud architecture/infrastructure, Ability to deploy,
manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures.
§ Capability to select the appropriate services based on compute, data, or security requirements.
§ Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, Active Directory, and firewalls).
§ Capability to migrate on-premises workload to cloud service providers.
§ Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (Ia C) using Cloud Formation, JSON, YAML or Terraform.
§ Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems.
§ Understanding of public cloud (GCP/Azure/AWS) infrastructure management.
§ Delivering and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
§ Experience in monitoring and auditing systems
§ Define and document best practices and strategies regarding infrastructure maintenance
§ Must have experience in Provisioning and Configuration of cloud resources in multi-
cloud(AWS/Azure/GCP) environment.
§ Proficiency in any one of the cloud environment mentioned above is a must.
§ Intermediate knowledge on other two platforms are desirable.
§ Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
§ Skills in API usage, command line interface and SDKs for writing applications. Ability to code to implement
essential security measures.
§ Must have extensive experience with at least operating system: Linux, Ubuntu, Windows.
Required Skills:
§ Proficiency with any public cloud with the core Infrastructure Services for AWS, Microsoft Azure Services
and Google Cloud Platform.
§ Containerized Environment (EKS/AKS/GKE).
§ Experience hosting an application on GCP using Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes
Engine, Cloud Storage.
§ Networking principles and protocols such as IP subnetting, routing, firewall rules, Virtual Private Cloud,
Load Balancer, Cloud DNS, Cloud CDN, etc.
§ Advance level hands on knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, Route 53/DNS, Clustering
(EKS and ECS), Log Management and IAM.
§ Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting of Azure Compute Instances, Azure Storage, Azure Backup,
VNet, Subnets, NSG/ASG, IAM, Azure RBAC, SSL, Traffic Manager, Azure DNS and Load balancers.
§ Advanced hands on GCP Compute, Cloud Storage, GCP IAM, SSL Certs.
§ Strong notions of security best practices (e.g. using IAM Policies & Roles, SSL, KMS, etc.).
§ Experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef).
§ Unix/Linux, Windows basic administration.
§ Hands On Knowledge on Service Now, Incident Management, Change Management and other ITIL
processes.
§ Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to
communicate IT concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
§ Practical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
