Location: Hyderabad (Raidurg)Experience: 4-11 Years Budget- 24-33 LPAOverview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 4-11 years of experience specializing in Fast API, Python, and React JS to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in REST and Graph QL API development, front-end frameworks (React Hooks, Redux Store, Material UI, Axios), and databases (Mongo DB/Document DB) and mentor the Junior Developers in technical aspects.
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
Strong communication and technical skills to effectively help other members on the team are a must.
Responsibilities Lead End to End development of product features.
Closely work with Architects to implement best coding practices within the product framework.
Closely work with the development team to deliver as per the plan.
Closely work with product team to understand requirements.
Should have excellent analytical and gap analysis.
Mentor team members to maintain the quality of deliverables.
Estimate the effort and schedule for features, enhancements and bugs.
Closely work with the Scrum Master and/or Reporting manager for any risk assessment and mitigation.
Conduct peer review to ensure the quality of the code to improve re-usability, extendibility and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve application performance.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.4-11 years of experience in software development with a focus on full stack development especially in products development.
Extensive experience with AWS, Python, APIs, Mongo DB, Document DB.
Strong Experience in Fast API development with REST and Graph QL.
Strong experience in React JS, React Hooks, Redux Store, Material UI and Axios.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, adept at communicating with offshore and onshore teams.
Strong experience with cloud-based applications is required.
Exposure towards Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a proven ability to follow these practices effectively.
High degree of adaptability, capable of shifting focus to meet evolving business and management needs.
Excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the efficiency segment of the energy domain.
Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience with CRM systems.
Relevant certifications in AWS, or other technologies mentioned in above category.
Experience working with cross-cultural teams, particularly with US-based entities.
Proven technical abilities in mentoring high-performing teams.
Capability to think strategically and integrate broad functional knowledge to address complex challenges effectively.
Experience in Elastic Search or Open Search is desirable.
Good to have AWS Dev Ops knowledge including but not limited to AWS Lambda functions, Event Bridge, SES, SQS, SNS, Serverless Services such as Fargate etc.
Good to have hands on experience in HTML5, CSS 3 frameworks.
