Overview: The Site Supervisor (Civil Engineer) is a crucial role within our organization responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities onsite.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all onsite construction activities.

Ensure compliance with project specifications regulations and safety standards.

Coordinate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to resolve any issues that may arise.

Oversee the implementation of quality control and safety measures.

Monitor and enforce adherence to construction schedules and deadlines.

Manage and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of construction equipment and tools.

Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed onsite progress reports.

Provide leadership and direction to the onsite team.

Manage and optimize resource allocation onsite.

Ensure efficient utilization of materials and equipment to minimize waste.

Participate in project planning and scheduling meetings.

Resolve any onsite technical issues and challenges that may arise.

Contribute to the development and implementation of construction strategies and best practices.

Collaborate with the project management team to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction processes techniques and equipment.

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and drawings.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Sound understanding of safety and quality standards in construction.

Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders including subcontractors engineers and project managers.

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.

Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and codes.

Good organization and time management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic construction environment.

Certification in construction management or related field is a plus.
