For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote (Senior) Dev Ops & Security Engineer with +5 years of experience.
We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need to be fluent in English.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage scalable and secure architecture environments;
- Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of development and production environments;
- Automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) tools;
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle;
- Optimize system performance and resource utilization through monitoring and tuning;
- Implement best practices for software build, deployment, and release management;
- Design and enforce security policies and procedures to protect data and systems;
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards;
Profile
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- +5 years of relevant experience in Dev Ops, system administration, or security engineering roles;
- Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure management;
- Implementing security best practices in Azure environments;
- Azure Dev Ops GIT Repos, Test Plans and CI/CD pipeline automation;
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration;
- Azure Key Vault for managing secrets and keys;
- Power Shell for automation tasks;
- Azure Security Center for monitoring and managing security;
- Azure Active Directory for identity and access management;
- Azure Virtual Machines and networking;
- Azure Blob Storage for data storage solutions;
- Azure Monitor for tracking performance and health;
- Azure Resource Manager for resource provisioning
- Fluent in English;
Experience with the following technologies is a plus:
- Programming languages such as C#, Java Script, Python;
- Azure Data Factory for data integration and transformation, Azure Synapse Analytics for big data processing;
- Power BI for data visualization and reporting, Power Apps for building custom business applications;
- Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps for workflow automation;
