Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement LLM-powered applications using Langchain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
- Leverage prompt engineering and agent-based models to build intelligent, responsive systems.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives.
- Convert business challenges into scalable and deployable AI solutions.
- Work closely with domain experts and data teams to ensure model alignment with practical use cases.
- Take part in architecture planning, code reviews, and performance enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in Python, especially for developing robust AI/ML solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Langchain, RAG pipelines, and LLM customization.
- Deep understanding of embeddings, prompt workflows, and vector search databases.
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with cloud ecosystems such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Self-starter with a strong ability to collaborate in distributed remote teams.
- Must have at least 5 hours of workday overlap with PST/PT.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Gen AI or LLM development.
- Overall experience of 7–12 years in software development or ML engineering.
- Prior work on end-to-end AI product deployment, MLOps, or production-grade ML systems.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams or directly with external stakeholders.
